Refund & Returns

We want you to feel confident when shopping with JDT Studio. Please contact our customer service team before sending any item back.

Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item meets the conditions below and applicable law.

Return Conditions

• Items should be new, unused and in their original packaging.
• Some products may be excluded from return for hygiene, safety, customization or other reasons permitted by law.
• Returns require prior approval. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Processing time can vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is caused by our error or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Orders affected by an incorrect or incomplete address may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos where appropriate so we can review the issue.
