We work to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders are not normally processed on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping: approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout, unless a free-shipping offer applies.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delays or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help investigate the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order. Delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement.
